At HerForma, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (supplements, vitamins, wellness), we enforce a strict refund policy to ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety for all items sold.

Non-Refundable Products

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, all products sold are final sale and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

- Damaged product received
- Order error (wrong item received)

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: 📧 info@herforma.ca.

Please provide the following information:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the package and received item
- Description of the issue

After review, we will offer you:

- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on the case.

No Exchanges or Returns

We do not accept exchanges or returns, except in the cases mentioned above.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued via Interac e-Transfer to the email address used in your order.
- Processing may take up to 7 business days.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not comply with this policy or in the event of abuse.
