โŒ Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly at info@herforma.ca. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

If you are eligible for a free gift, it must be manually added to your cart before confirming the order. Once the order is placed, the gift can no longer be added.

Generally, out-of-stock products are restocked within a few weeks. Sign up for the email alert on the product page to be notified as soon as it's back in stock.

Order preparation: 1 to 2 business days
Estimated delivery times:
- Quebec / Ontario: 2 to 4 business days
- Other provinces: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 days

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

๐Ÿšš Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and service chosen. Delivery is free for orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes).

๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Problems

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with a photo at info@herforma.ca.
